I think you're answering yourself with your thread title. If you're concerned, you should get it checked out. The last time I had an EKG it was pretty inexpensive (and if your doctor thinks you need more testing, hopefully you have insurance to cover that).

I get palpitations, but I've had an EKG to identify what kind they are, and a doctor's advice that they're nothing to worry about. Mostly it's food allergies that bring them on.
