Personal space.

I grew up on 40 acres in Maine, nearest neighbor was half a mile away. I don't much like yard work, but also don't like hearing my neighbors. Unfortunately, that's life in the 'burbs.

True, true. Our lot is only 50x150 (or is it 180?) but I really hate pulling weeds!! My neighbors are too close, I want at least 5 acres and some goats.
