I don't want to steal Flybye's moment, but I just got a phone call from the Department of Counseling and Psychology at Lesley University to tell me that I have been accepted into the MA program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Now I guess I have to study! Seriously, at least for the next 3 years I will have much more time to ride in the daytime, because most of the classes are at night. The internship is about 20 hours a week, starting in the second semester, so that will still leave me plenty of study time and riding time.
I am so thankful that I can finally afford to do what I want! I am going to concentrate on holistic counseling, with an emphasis on wellness and eating disorders.

    YIPEE!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

That is fantastic - eating disorders - HUGE need there. I am proud of you. You aren't stealing my moment at all - there are so many of us who are getting accepted into various programs - this time of year for us is like Christmas! I am jealous of your riding time - mine will be pretty much be nill because classes are in the daytime.

    YEAH FOR YOU!!!!

Yay! Congrats! That's so exciting. And thank you, thank you, thank you for working with eating disorders. I had a very close friendship end because of an eating disorder. Thankfully, She's doing well now because of the work you do.
