It is easy, and the information you get in daily reports is pretty motivating, at least for me.
The first couple days, there was a little learning curve, and some extra time spent getting used to how best to do food searches. But, once I got a bunch of my normal foods loaded into this feature called "The Fridge," it started to get pretty quick and easy.

This morning's weight was 178.8. When I looked at last week, I realized I screwed up and transposed the numbers- it was supposed to be 178.6, and I put in 176.8 by mistake-oops!
Anyway, last week was 178.6 and this week is 178.8- up .2. Time to get serious! I have been writing everything down, except on the weekends, but I think I need to do it 7 days a week.
140.0 - down .2 pounds.
Boy, do I want to see 139.

I weighed in at 157.8 ... slowly ... slowly ... slowly ...![]()
Unity is strength. Knowledge is power. Attitude is everything.
I weighed in at 137.5 and 31% bodyfat.
I let my emotions get to me & my eating habits this week. Hopefully, I will get back on track this week!
Ok, why did I weight 172 yesterday and 170 today? WHY does Murphy strike on weigh-in day? lol. . . oh well, weight lost is weight lost and it will show up next week.![]()

Hmm.... Not a good week. up to 155. Can tell it was PMS week. Also only rode 45 miles. Had to let some bruises heal.

cyclechick - that's my problem. I went to to church at 6:30 and had horrible gas pains all night. I came home and started really thinking about it, cuz it hurts, and I really, really, really wanna go to the bathroom (I know, tmi). The light went on, I check my calendar, and lo and behold! PMS WEEK! That's explains the weight fluctuation. I had NO other symptoms all week. Probably because I've been riding. :-)
My excercise program is not doing so well, either. Believe me I am plenty ready this year to tackle my riding, however, the weather Gods have decided otherwise for me. Snow and lots of it.
Nice picture of it posted in the Mountain Biking forum, since I just bought one two days ago!
Still sitting at 220. Destined to be a fat girl. Hubby doesn't seem to mind. (wink-wink)![]()
Hi all. Here's the chart updated as of 3/21. Sorry for delay -- had company, then worked on taxes the next two days! All that is done now, so back to the normal grind!
Congratulations again to Motochik! Still holding the lead with 2.99% body weight lost! Lots of people working hard out there -- I hope to join in the LOSS category this week!
Let me know if you cannot open by PM... I'll send an email your way with the excel file if this doesn't work for you!
THANKS!
Jessica

Crap. I actually completely forgot about this.
I do know that I was at 240 on Sunday morning. But I expect to be retaining water like a freak any day now, so that won't last long. *sigh*
This morning's weight- 177.0
down 1.6getting there ever so slowly.........
When I get to 170, I am going to "reward" myself with a new Terry songbird jersey. The next 10 pounds after that it will be some new shorts or knickers.
136.5 lbs and 32 % body fat today. Slowly, but surely. It's been a rough week. I spent most of it visiting my husbands aunt in the hospital, but she's back home now.
