Riding back home and it feels a little weird

After months of running around like a chook with my head cut off I have finally made it out for a few rides around our new neighbourhood. First I am pleased to report that I have managed to stay on the left side of the road and not get squished. However I felt like I had been hit by a bus (apparently minimal riding for months is not a good training regime) and was barely making the wheels spin by the time I arrived home.

Lucky that I put on extra weight while getting unfit as now I have added incentive to get out an ride aaaggggg.

At least my return to TE is pain free.
Im so happy to be back on line with the TE gang.
The most effective way to do it, is to do it.

Good to see you Trekhawk, and good to read that you are surviving the "wrong side" of the road.....

Somehow your avatar always looks comforting to me.
