    Yeah!

I got the Jaggad jersey in....and it fits and I love it!

I am so excited...was afraid it would not make it. I had to order from Australia and it took about 2.5 weeks to get here by air mail...I got a small then panicked last week and ordered another one in size M. O well, the small fits and I love it.

    Here is a picture:

One less thing to stress about! Now those tri shorts just need to get here!

Looks great Laura! Hopefully I can pick you out of the crowd!

RM... post up some pictures lady!

Personally.. I will be cheering from the sidelines in a cheerleading outfit. Royal blue and white with KSH on the front of the top! Pom-poms and all.

Yes, I bought it especially for cheering on people at IMAZ. I'm a nut like that. I want people to laugh and smile as they pass me.

I'll post up pictures of what I'll be looking like as soon as I get it in!

Both of your IM outfits look GREAT! I like the AV jersey idea- you can get some fast vibes from all the AV women out there. And the bright pink jersey looks great, too. Is it really lightweight and thin? I don't know what to wear for IMAZ in Nov., so that may be an option. Hadn't thought about long sleeves...

And KSH- yeah, we're gonna need to see pictures of that. Sounds fun!!!

RM, help me out. I have NO CLUE what a AV Jersey looks like. I'm out of the loop on that one.

And I will post up a picture of me in my cheerleading outfit... pom-pom's and all.

I just have to get it! HA! Should be here soon.

    Tri Girl:

Yes, the Jaggad jersey very lightweight...micro-mesh type fabric.

I would definitely suggest wearing a LS jersey for IM AZ in November because of the sun. The sun in Phoenix is POWERFUL! And if you are fair complected like me, you just ROAST those arms like hot dogs on the bike!

I really think a light weight LS jersey keeps you cooler b/c the sun does not beat down on your arms. You could also use DeSoto arm coolers, but I use those for biking and would not want them on my body for 12+ hours...they are stretchy and close-fitting, which would turn really icky.

Good luck prepping for IM AZ in november. I am on the fence about whether to sign up for it before my race in April. With the new NA sports rules, I am afraid if I don't then I will be shut out of an IM in 2009. My problem is I just don't know where I will be in my life at that point. I don't even know where Uncle Sam is sending me in June, for crying out loud (wah! not back to AZ I know!).

Anyway, I would recommend a nice thin LS jersey and tri-shorts that are longer than average to protect the tops of the legs too.

Hey, you could get into IM Kentucky pretty easy for 2009. I know the online registration stayed open for 4 weeks after it opened. But yea, you might not know where you will be.

Or, if you decided you want to do an IM in 2009, and you don't want to decide in 2008... why not sign up for a non-branded IM race, like the Redman in Oklahoma?
