Is that a LHT or a Crosscheck? If its the Crosscheck, they measure a bit smaller because the bottom bracket is higher (as it is with all cross bikes), so pretty much everyone has to go down a "size". I'm not sure about the LHT though.

It's a Crosscheck - I was just surprised at how big the difference was - I'm close to a 54 on a road frame and the 50 is almost too big But, I love the bike, and I've done 80+ miles on it with nothing but the usual aches, so I think the fit is OK There's a picture of it under the pink bike thread (pink wheels and pink bottle cages) - I'm debating adding pink bar tape
