My excercise program is not doing so well, either. Believe me I am plenty ready this year to tackle my riding, however, the weather Gods have decided otherwise for me. Snow and lots of it.

Nice picture of it posted in the Mountain Biking forum, since I just bought one two days ago!

Still sitting at 220. Destined to be a fat girl. Hubby doesn't seem to mind. (wink-wink)

    This week's chart

Hi all. Here's the chart updated as of 3/21. Sorry for delay -- had company, then worked on taxes the next two days! All that is done now, so back to the normal grind!

Congratulations again to Motochik! Still holding the lead with 2.99% body weight lost! Lots of people working hard out there -- I hope to join in the LOSS category this week!

Let me know if you cannot open by PM... I'll send an email your way with the excel file if this doesn't work for you!

    THANKS!

Crap. I actually completely forgot about this.

I do know that I was at 240 on Sunday morning. But I expect to be retaining water like a freak any day now, so that won't last long. *sigh*

    This morning's weight- 177.0

down 1.6 getting there ever so slowly.........

When I get to 170, I am going to "reward" myself with a new Terry songbird jersey. The next 10 pounds after that it will be some new shorts or knickers.

136.5 lbs and 32 % body fat today. Slowly, but surely. It's been a rough week. I spent most of it visiting my husbands aunt in the hospital, but she's back home now.

I'm up this week - again - to 149. I think at this point it would be best for me to go my own way. I totally thought the challenge would motivate me but I've started to stress myself out about it, which hasn't helped me lose. I think I do better when I just do it and don't feel pressure to do it. Although I've been better about working out now so thanks for kicking my bum to do that!

Of course, since I signed up for the reward, I'm going to pop in around the end to see who the winner is so I can send a great pair of socks! Keep me updated with who I need to send them to!!! Good luck everyone. I know you can do it, I've seen how you've made positive changes and are doing so well so far. Congrats!!!!!

I haven't been in the challenge this time, but I just want to say good going, you guys!

And I want to report my success. For the last month my weight loss has been accelerating...ever since I got a heart rate monitor and I KNOW how many calories I burned on my work outs. So, from December, 2006 to now, I've lost 35 lbs with the last 5 or 6 dropping off in the last 5 weeks or so.

I, too, couldn't manage to keep up with a challenge...pushes all my "stubborn buttons" or sumthin', but ya'll keep going!!! Good luck!

It's times like these that make me crazy. I worked really hard this week and watched my intake, but I'm still the same on the scale (180). Maybe I need to work out two hours every day instead of one. Very frustrating! On the positive side, at least I didn't gain.

In this morning at 171.0. Still not back to the 170 that I hit midweek last week. Strange happenings, but at least it's downward from last week's end! Good job everyone. Firenze -- I'll keep you in the loop. Good luck with your health / weight loss... keep us posted as you go!
