    It is easy, and the information you get in daily reports is pretty motivating, at least for me.

    The first couple days, there was a little learning curve, and some extra time spent getting used to how best to do food searches. But, once I got a bunch of my normal foods loaded into this feature called "The Fridge," it started to get pretty quick and easy.

    This morning's weight was 178.8. When I looked at last week, I realized I screwed up and transposed the numbers- it was supposed to be 178.6, and I put in 176.8 by mistake-oops!

    Anyway, last week was 178.6 and this week is 178.8- up .2. Time to get serious! I have been writing everything down, except on the weekends, but I think I need to do it 7 days a week.

    I weighed in at 137.5 and 31% bodyfat.

    I let my emotions get to me & my eating habits this week. Hopefully, I will get back on track this week!

    Weight is part of the First Law of Thermodynamics in that "Energy can be changed from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed. The total amount of energy and matter in the Universe remains constant, merely changing from one form to another.

    Weight = stored energy
