    I spent 5 weeks caring for my mom in '05, it was the hardest and best thing that I have experienced. I will keep you all in my thoughts. Keep us posted if you can.

    Spent most of last year doing the same. Very difficult. Unexpected blessings. Hang in there. Use threads and/or PMs to vent and unload. Take care of yourself! <hug>

    Don't let the stress get you

    I've been in that position for the past 10 months. The rest of your life does go on hold. It is worth it, even if it is intensely stressful. I'll be holding both you and your Mom in the light.
