Toot toot, I just have to post this. This weekend I did the boneshaker bike race. I placed third in the cross country. That has been the trend for me in the last two races and was looking to place higher. Oh well this is for fun right? The really cool thing is I got second in the downhill. True there were only two of us in 30-39, but I beat other beginner women. The gal that beat me was such a gracious winner. She gave me a high five was smiling and owns boarder collie/ aussie mix dogs. You know she has to be cool to own those. I rode really good, and am happy with my time and am happy to have some nice friendly competition. Now to Whistler to get really fast!
