As a note alongside BCs suggestion about keeping a journal - you may find it's what you're eating - or not - the night before. I find when I eat sweeter, carby things at night say - chocolate chips (
) - I find it very hard to get up the next morning and I feel sluggish for the first few hours. But if I eat an apple with nut butter, or dried bananas at night, I wake up bouncy bouncy bouncy bouncy funfunfunfunfun!! The journal should help to sort that out....and good luck!
and yuppers Balrog - spring and fall are the most energy-sapping times of the year for me due to all the pollen, some days I just simply give in to the allergies and sit at home like a pile of pitiful goo!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
