Does anyone know this book? I am concerned no one has commented on it!

I haven't read it but I plan to look for it at the library this evening!![]()
I put it on my book list for my next trip to the library. Thanks, Brandi!
I have "How We Die" waiting for me but I'm just not in the mood for it. That last Bill Bryson was so good I'm looking for something like that.

I have her menopause book (planning ahead, I'm in peri-) and I think it's quite good. I think she's more new age than some feel comfortable with, but as with all books, take what's useful & helpful, and leave the rest behind. I feel her approach is pro-woman, pro-health (rather than just treating symptoms), and accepting of good alternative medicine. I also like that she encourages women to develop real relationships with their bodies, trusting their own instincts and intuitions. My own approach now is that we are our own primary physicians, responsible for learning about our bodies and actively keeping ourselves healthy. Everyone else we go to - is a second opinion.
I agree fully! I have a lot of friends who have health issues, and follow what their Dr says but are not any better. I wish anti depressants where not given out so much. I have a friend who has been on them for years and I don't feel they help. It seems they have caused lots of other side problems. That is just my opinion I could be wrong.

I can see that, I guess it didn't occur to me what an unusual title it is but it's a real book
