I'm so glad I'm not the only one to have a trainer mishap. I'm extra glad it wasn't in public like the guy with the tree root. I can imagine that surprised him quite a bit.
I was just thinking about how I'd explain my first bike crash to people. "No, no, that's just floor rash. . ." doesn't sound nearly as exciting as road rash.
Sundial - I think I'm the same way, if anything is possible I find a way to do it, too.

Yup, me too. Almost went through our 60 in TV. I also did not have the quick release handle lined up correctly. My husband and brother thought I was the only one that could fall off a bike while on a trainer. Now I can say it happens to the BEST of us
