    Book recommendation for you!

I want to share a book my friend just gave me. I had never heard of it. Some of you might already know about it. I have not read the whole book but I am really intrigued by it.
I personally don't suffer (anymore) from very many female problems. But phycologically I can always use advice and inspiration. Le tme know if you are already in with this book and your thoughts. if you liked it or not.
When my friend gave it to me I could tell her passion for the help it has given her touched her deeply. How could I not read it?

Does anyone know this book? I am concerned no one has commented on it!

I have "How We Die" waiting for me but I'm just not in the mood for it. That last Bill Bryson was so good I'm looking for something like that.
