You just use pull the brake hoods back and use an allen wrench to turn a bolt that says "in" with an arrow pointing the direction that you need to turn it in order to bring the lever in closer to the bars. Very easy.

So, this feature is Red only? Anyone know if they are going to add this to Rival or Force? Or, maybe they will keep it with just Red, to keep the distinction? Sounds wonderful for those of us with tiny hands!
