The Transportation Demand Management Specialist II, in the Office of Transportation Options Division, is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of programs, policies and strategic initiatives to promote and encourage bicycling, walking, transit, carpooling and other transportation options. Works closely with the public, neighborhood and business associations, and other City bureaus and governmental representatives to promote the division's programs and goals.
Approximate Monthly Salary: $4,752 to $6,068.

Wow... that sounds like a great job with a great salary for Portland (and I'm sure fantastic benefits, being government work)...
