I agree with K-ditch the watch and just relaxa nd enjoy the run, especially after a crazy week . If I am trail running, I only run for time anyway.
I work with a young woman that is a really good runner, and she ONLY runs for time. She knows how far she can go in an hour on an average run, so she never tracks her distance. She said to me that she does not want to get in to the pattern of feeling badly about her runs if she does not go fast enough or far enough. I like that.
