Way sick today, and haven't been able to weigh. (Actually, I've only been getting out of bed to go lay on the bathroom floor occasionally. Feeling slightly better now...sitting up in bed, at least.) But yesterday my weight was the same as last week: 243
I wasn't able to get to the gym at all this week, so the lack of loss is no surprise to me.




I have company coming so things have been hectic. Hope I can be a little "good" this weekend.

I exercised more and didn't pig out too much. This increase in exercise is paying off because my clothes are looser, but that darn scale won't budge.
