I only ordered from Performance once. They sent my order to someone else. I remember it took so long to finally work it out that it was too warm for knickers (my order) by the time they came.

They are Zero AO28s. Those things are like tanks- they are my training wheels (I have some ZIPPS for racing).

Andrea, congratulations on your new stuff! I'm sure you're super excited to get out and give it a try. I'm curious about your review of Red.

My teammate just switched out her Force shifters and deraillures for Dura Ace. She hated it with a passion. The shifting was terrible and the had such a hard time being able to 1) reach the levers in the drops 2) push the levers at the angle it needed to get the shift, that she just stopped shifting while riding.

Anywho, long story short, I know many of these features have been resolved with the new Red group and I've heard good things about it but none firsthand. I hope it works out well for you!

    Thanks everyone!!
There is a very small learning curve with the doubletap system, but I went for my third ride with the new stuff today & never even had to think about it. I love the lever adjustability! You just use pull the brake hoods back and use an allen wrench to turn a bolt that says "in" with an arrow pointing the direction that you need to turn it in order to bring the lever in closer to the bars. Very easy. I can reach everything much easier than I ever could with my ultegra shifters. The shifting is extra crispy, too

I've posted an initial review in my blog. I'll update if anything changes, but so far, it's been living up to every bit of hype out there!
