IFjane - Right now I'm not planning to be there - that could always change though. I'll actually be in Rhoadesville March 21. I'm not planning on bringing my bike since I know how busy I'll be.

    Hi Jane!

I might be interested in that June 1 ride! Will depend a little on my work schedule 'round that time.

In the meantime, I'm signed up for the May 10 Capital to Capital. And will probably come up for your local ride, too, the next week, work permitting........

It does look like an interesting ride.
Since I am nearly totally ignorant about life on the other side of the Potomac, it would be a fun opportunity to explore Virginny. Something, however, in the back of my mind says that weekend in n.g. I'll keep it on the front burner still. I also forwarded it to a friend of mine in Woodbridge. She and her DH are both quite active cyclists with 2 young kids, so this might be right up their alley.

I've got my big Tour de Cure ride the following weekend, so I doubt I'd get permission to do this ride, but I'll keep it in mind.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

Oh, definitely do-able! Keep me posted! I might aim for the 50.

I sent the link to a friend of mine that has developed a cycling addiction. He and I may be up for this one too. I may also be up for trying the 50, but right now a lot depends on getting back some use of my right arm (long story). Hard to ride a bike when you can't extend your right arm. Also hard - brushing my teeth, shifting gears in my car, shaking hands, and changing car radio station. Just a little FYI.
