    We did a run/swim brick this am- 30 min easy run followed by 2000m swim- Swim seemed to take forever though
    20 25's stroke count
    8 50's kick
    8 100 pull
    + warmup cool down

    Well, I have a 40-minute swim scheduled for tonight. I could do various sets, or I could just do a straight swim.

    I'm tempted to get in and just swim for 40 minutes without stopping. It's very zen-like for me. I find a groove and just cruise.

    Swim

    I decided this morning that i'd just do a long swim & do all the drills with our group tomorrow morning.

    So, i did 1000m non stop then 500 backstroke. I just wanted to swim as i'm not cycling for a few days.

    Fingers crossed on the 1k open water swim @ the end of the month

    OK, since my swim suit now has almost 25,000m on it, how do I wash it? I must admit, I just rinse it in the shower every day and hang it to try.

    40°C, regular detergent or 30°C, wool detergent - whichever comes first. New Swimsuits are always fun.

    I got up this morning again and swam before work.

    500 Free
    500 Free w/fins
    500 Backstroke down/Free spring back
    150 mermaid (kick like a mermaid on my back using mainly my core)
