I'm grateful that I made it home safely tonight. I drove home from work through some of the heaviest, scariest rain I've ever driven in, in heavy commuter traffic.

In drought-striken NC, we need the rain desperately, but not like this. Got home and discovered that a tornado warning had just expired for our county (we're under tornado watch until midnight).

Glad to be home!
