She Fly - I had to laugh at the "still can't shovel snow" bit. You know, I still can't fold laundry.

I am hoping March is also my transition back into actual honest to goodness riding outside. (2 solid hours on the trainer yesterday, fully supporting weight on the shoulder for 2/3 of it and NO pain today!) So I'll join all of you in the whole "transition club".

    cycle

Well, I cycled to work today..btwn train stations so it's only a 5km ride on way. Cyclists seem to be zooming by way too fast I kept it very very easy but there are little hills that annoy my knee. It was ok.

I too think i've done something odd to my left shoulder/side.. wierd stuff man..Perhaps i moved my head or neck the wrong way @ the pool?

In fact, I'm doing the can-can right this minute!

MP - you should see the snow at my house in Maine! The banks are up above the windows. Since I have to lift the snow over my head to get it onto the bank, I really, honestly, can't do it. At least that's what I'm telling DH .

Glad to hear so many are getting back on track! Odd though, that a few of us have come up with something else in the interim... Anyone think we might be addicted to the walking wounded title, or our PTs?

I have to admit, I'm going to miss the gang at the PT clinic - the staff and the other patients, and our running commentary on Dr. Phil. There's a real comraderie among the patients that work out in the main room.

And Shefly - that is WAY too much snow!!!
