If it is not too late, please count me in. I have been reading this thread all weekend but was too chicken to do anything about it. I am 134 and would like to be 129. I have already lost 28 lbs in a year, but would like to hover at 130 instead of 135.

But I did exercise close to an hour a day all this past week and was pretty good other than the cookies.
