I ran 3.5 on Friday night to complete my goal of 100 miles in 8 weeks! Yeah, and even 3 days ahead of schedule!![]()

I'm out of order, I know! This was for yesterday.
I ran a total of 6 miles, all on the track. I did 8 x .25 repeats (with rest in between) and 4 x .50. It's going ok though I think my legs were screaming at me while it was happening.
I was 26.5 for the week. I'm at 155.5 for the year![]()
