Well, maybe...
The shoulder is finally feeling MUCH better, and doesn't seem to bother me when I am riding (but I still can't shovel snow).
Unfortunately, when I fell on my hand in January, I must've really done a number on SOMETHING in there. I thought I had just sprained the fingers, and went on with life in general. Until now. Still in pain, still SWOLLEN. I am heading for x-rays tomorrow.
Just when I did think I was getting back in the swing...

She Fly - I had to laugh at the "still can't shovel snow" bit. You know, I still can't fold laundry.
I am hoping March is also my transition back into actual honest to goodness riding outside. (2 solid hours on the trainer yesterday, fully supporting weight on the shoulder for 2/3 of it and NO pain today!) So I'll join all of you in the whole "transition club".

Well, I cycled to work today..btwn train stations so it's only a 5km ride on way. Cyclists seem to be zooming by way too fastI kept it very very easy but there are little hills that annoy my knee. It was ok.
I too think i've done something odd to my left shoulder/side..wierd stuff man..Perhaps i moved my head or neck the wrong way @ the pool?
Good Lordy we are all a mess.....
Yes, but in cyberspace no one can see me limp.
In fact, I'm doing the can-can right this minute!
