Hard stuff this morning. Two times 10 minutes at tempo ++ pace (just hard, not comfortably hard). I was running with my sweet husband, which makes me run a bit harder than I should, but it's a good (read: painful) workout.
Tomorrow will be an easy day.

I actually think it was more like 11.5. I had a pretty strong headwind coming back and I think I didn't eat enough this morning because I was feeling a bit fatigued. I ate some gel stuff and had some water and felt better. My time was actually ok so while I thought I was holding back, maybe I wasn't holding back enough.
