Well, thanks. I have to say though, we have some really amazing women on this board who take on way greater challenges than what I am doing.
4.5 hours on the trainer... I just tried NOT to think about it. I saved up some shows on my DVR and got to watching. Then the last 1.5 hours was the Kona IM rerun... so that was fun. I watched that... cried at times... and kept pedaling. Really motivated me to keep going.
Yea, it's amazing how fear can really motivate a person. HA!
