Hey KSH, wow, what a great report. You are such an inspiration. The details of your training are fascinating to me...I like detail and love to see what folks are doing.

You are really amazing. You are going to have an awesome IM. (Wahine says so, and...c'mon...she knows from IMs!)

Wow KSH, you're really doing some fantastic training! Lots of quality miles in there, and your body is pumping them out without much effort (ok, lots of effort, but it's not killing you). I'm really proud of you!!! Keep us updated because I love to read all about it.
On a side note, I begin my 9 month training program for IMAZ next week. I said I wasn't going to do another 9 month plan this time, but I fear I won't be ready if I don't. Your post has REALLY gotten me motivated to start my training. Thanks!!!

I am in awe of all IM triathletes and those training for IM. I just can't imagine asking my body to do that.

    Rock on!
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

Well, you would be amazed at what you can do if you set your mind to it.

HA! Yes, it's effort, but I'm not dead.

I have a new favorite quote, "Running won't kill you. You will pass out first." I LOVE IT! Makes me laugh.

I'm glad I inspired you to get to training! PLEASE let us know how it goes. Maybe just do a month in review each month like I'm doing? It will be fun to watch how we progress to race day.

Starfish, you are always so wonderful and supportive. Thanks so much! I really do appreciate it.

Since this is my first IM, I'll be doing a "month in review" at the end of each month. I know RM did that and I loved reading it.
