Could be lack of hydration.....or over hydration. Check weight immediately before commencing exercise AND immediately following. Any change can be attributed to hydration changes. Also could reflect a decreased level of blood calcium or magnesium, both easy to have checked.



I try to strech the muscle out and sometimes that does not work because the muscle is caught up by the knot and will not release. My only solution to this has been to visit the massuse on a farily regular basis.
