Also, please help me with this one-If someone in the northern hemisphere wishes to purchase them then doesn't want them and i don't want them back, what's the best solution? Is it ok if i suggest to the person to keep them and sell them here?

I don't sell items here very often and am just want to ensure everything runs smoothly. Thanks

Just add to your thread here that the sale would be final, and the shorts are sold "as is" period. Then, if they don't want them, they can do whatever they want...give them away, resell them, etc.
