    hot

It's 40C here in Perth @ 1:30pm...I'll join you RM in ducking..

There's no breeze out there and it's just HOT!!!

I wanted to go for my short outside ride tonight but if it's still really hot when i get home i'll just venture onto the trainer. A trainer in our air conditioned(reverse cycle..) house.

    Argh..

It's only 24c here in Auckland............. it feels like 10c hotter !!!!! Light breeze and hideous humidity ........... but i did manage to get out on a 25km bike ride this morning..... less than 3 weeks after surgery so I'm very happy

AGRIGHG>>My plan was to ride outside tonight..arghhh..

Then again, i'll be the only chickie happy to be outside riding in the rain in the cooler months because I can and i was patient..(you don't know how this patience thing is driving me crazy...)

Sounds cool. I live in Forest Lawn but I'd be glad to meet up anywhere that's accessible by the bike paths. Are you going to be riding at all while you're here?

noooo..........you wont be the only chickie out there in the rain in winter.......... I'll be there with you .............. You can remind me about how much I was wishing for rain over the summer

Today I parked at Mareatai (didn't want to climb the hill on the way back to Beachlands) and cycled down the pohutukawa coast and along North Road into Clevedon and back ... a grand total of 22 glorious kms .... very sunny and hot even at 9am..... and heaps of cyclists ?!?!? What's with that, don't people have jobs to go to ???

I'm doing well, got about 3 weeks before chemo starts......... plenty of time to cycle...... Patience is so not my thing either
