Did 4.5 on the treadmill last night. Wasn't bad after 3 but the first 3 were a nightmare. Does anyone else feel like it takes FOREVER to get a good warm-up before you start feeling like you're in your groove?

I'm headed outside tonight for a 5 miler. I can't take the treadmill anymore and the daylight is *just* enough that if I take off from my work I can get in 5 miles or so before it gets dark.
