Fixed it in the original post. I'm dysfunctional today. I'm having a cocktail to make up for it.

All the BPMs you could ever want and for free! He also has new Interval stuff which I love for interval work.
I haven't tried the new interval stuff yet. What kind of intervals is he setting up? I hate stuff like 10 second intervals. Gimme 30 seconds at least.

No, these are definitely not 10-second intervals. Here's a sample on this week's song:

    5-minute warmup @ 129 bpm
    3 minutes @ 140 bpm
    90 seconds @ 130 bpm
    5 minutes @ 140 bpm
    2 minutes 30 seconds @ 130 bpm
    3 minutes @ 140 bpm
    90 seconds @ 130 bpm
    5 minutes @ 140 bpm
    2-minute cooldown @ 130 bpm

Well that would give a 70 rpm cadence. Not a Spinerval, but nice.

Leahy--"B Minor", "Call to Dance", "Chasing Rain", "McBrides", "Colm Quigley" (the second half of this last one--the first half is slower)
Gaelic Storm--"The Road to Liskeard", "Titanic Set" etc.
Boundary Water Boys--"Irish Washerwoman" (which tends to get "Paradimethylaminobenzaldehyde" by North Sea Gas stuck in my head because the tune is the same)
    etc.

    80's Child!

I have to say, some of these I probably wouldn't listen to at all anymore, but at a run they are the perfect pace for picking it up a bit! Keeps you bouncing (and laughing at some!)

    Baby I'm a Star: Prince
    Bank Robber Man: Lenny Kravitz
    Start Me Up: Rolling Stones
A Little Less Conversation: Elvis Presley
    Light of Day: Bruce Springsteen
    Love For Sale: Bon Jovi
    Rosalita: Bruce Springsteen
My Love Will not Let You Down: Bruce Springsteen (ok... I'm a big fan!)
Where are We Running? : Lenny Kravitz
    I would Die 4 U: Prince
    Girls Girls Girls: Motley Crue
Rocky Horror Picture Show Time Warp
    Pretty Vegas: INXS
Light It On Fire: Cowboy Mouth
    Get Ready: Bon Jovi
    Jump: Loverboy
    Talk Dirty To Me: Poison
    Sk8er Boy: Avril Lavigne
    Viva Las Vegas: B Springsteen

My music maybe too hard for some:

    Biking songs include:

    Five Finger Death Punch
    Celldweller
    In This Moment
    Flyleaf (Christian Hard Rock)....it ROCKS!
Fuel (new and old)..love the new lead singer...he's beautiful.
    Wolfmother (not hard)..just different.
    Hinder
    Seether (w/o Amy Lee)
    Stone Sour

Now...my Hubby loves to run. I do not, but he has a shuffle that he packs full of iTunes podcast called Podrunners and it has bpm from 130 to 190. Most of it is electronica, but he says that it gets the job done when he needs to raise the bar in his running.

Hope you find what you need to help you out!

    my i-pod

Heavy rotation on my ipod includes:
Hillbilly Hellcats-Rev it up with Taz. The whole album cranks, the faster songs are
The Hippy Dance, Skateboard, White Trash, Boulder (title may be wrong but you'll know it when you hear it) and Tom Gray's Dream

The Reverend Horton Heat- I don't have them all loaded yet but from the album the full custom Gospel Sounds of the Reverend Horton Heat, there is
Bales of Cocaine, You can't get away from me

The Who-I'm A Boy, The Seeker, I Can See for Miles, Christmas, Sally Simpson and Cousin Kevin

    From Sir Mixalot's first album
Iron Man (made with local band Metal Church, did the same thing Run/DMC and Aerosmith did before they did it, got no credit, the guitar parts will give you chills) and Buttermilk Biscuits

    Kid Rock-Cowboy

    LA Style-James Brown is dead

Clash- Radio Clash, Suzy's working for the drug squad, London Calling, Should I Stay or should I go

Montrose by Montrose: Bad Motor Scooter, Rock Candy. One listen to this album and you will get why Van Halen recruited Sammy Hagar.

AC-DC-She's got the jack, Rock and Roll ain't noise pollution. Both of these are so slow and dirty they could be cool down, or you could double-time em.

    Deep Purple-Highway Star

The Cramps-Stay Sick! Oh man, the whole freaking album. At least Creature
From the Black Leather Lagoon, Bop Pills, Bikini Girls with Machine Guns.

Hank Snow-I've Been Ev'rywhere, Ninety Miles an hour down a deadend street

I could do this all day, but I better stop now.

To Starfish- Flyleaf is the artist. Their songs include I'm So Sick, Fully Alive, All Around Me and Cassie. The band is headed my a female singer with a pretty unique voice. I believe that they are pretty new.
