I would figure that applying such products to delicate areas would cause some sort of problems down there.

I put it all over... from front to back... especially on long rides... when I ride a century you could say I'm "slip slidin' away"... I've never experienced any discomfort anywhere from lathering that stuff on!
There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".

The only places I experience rawness after long rides riding a saddle with a cutout is in the thigh/outer labia junction (good word!), so that is where I lather on the Chamois Buttr'. I don't put it on the inner labial area since that part never gets raw with my saddles. It used to, pre-cutout saddle days, boy did it, but thank god those days are gone!

    Everywhere!

I agree with Bikerchick. Everywhere, no problem at all. A bit of a tingle when I still had some irritation in the area, but anywhere I don't put it I get chafed, and those tenderest parts are the most unhappy when they're chafed. I spread it all over that zone of myself, then a nice dollop spread on that zone of the shorts padding.

All this I learned from Teamestrogen. Go Team!

I am definatelly going to buy it, I had major problems when I had a seat without a cutout, since i switched I just have some irritation when it is hot or humid outside. So thank you ladies for sharing
