i also got back on my bike yesterday, first time since my surgery 2 weeks ago... YA to be back on board.......... it was only a small ride round the town but felt good Planning a couple of small rides this week and fingers crossed join the girls on part of their ride on saturday (and avoid my surgeon in the meantime )
