Congratulations CC on being able to get back on the bike
Here, it was soooooooooooooooo beautiful today. Almost 20°C. EVERYONE with two wheels was out there today and many had this big grin on their faces.... We did 70 K. Very very nice. You could still see all the mountains covered in snow and down here we have springtime coming-

Excellent work CC
i also got back on my bike yesterday, first time since my surgery 2 weeks ago... YA to be back on board.......... it was only a small ride round the town but felt good Planning a couple of small rides this week and fingers crossed join the girls on part of their ride on saturday (and avoid my surgeon in the meantime 
)

Congratulations CC!!
In the spirit of pushing back out of a comfortable situation.... I rode 42 miles solo today. I haven't done much riding alone (other than a simple 13 mile route near home) since being hit with garbage by a couple teenagers in September. Today the weather was too beautiful to stay in, so off I went. I even dropped a couple guys, I never drop anyone.

Thanks for your support..
It was a nice ride and enforced the idea that it's possible to get back out there but i'll need to give myself time.
I'm now at the stage of just being plain annoyed with my knee
I just want to be able to cycle normally..
I'm not over going crazy yet..GRGHGGHGHGHGHHGH..
