Thanks guys. I am happy. My tri buddy PT said as long as I stay off the hills and don't do a lot of fancy mt bike moves I should be good to go. First time I have been glad to live in a flat part of the state. Flat, ? we got it.
I have to be careful being clipped in, but DH could switch out my pedals.
I think PT guy and his wife might come with us.
