Yep...corn can be hard, for some, to digest. Tasty, but bloating and a "quick pass" through the system.
Just a thing to note...if you discover that corn and your system aren't compatible, also realize that maltodextrin in the US is often made from corn. Maltodextrin is an ingredient in most energy gels and drinks. I've heard of people who have corn intolerance, having no problems with maltodextrin products, but not me. Now I'm a Clif groupie--rice, not corn.
