hmm was sure if this should go under nutrition or health but since I don't feel particularly sick I though I would post here...
I seem to notice a trend with bloating and eating corn- I don't eat much corn but I know that many products have a " corn" base - it became very apparant to me when I ate some popcorn the other day- I don't eat it often but the next day after my indulgence my tummy was HUGE!
Has anyone else noticed this? Perhaps just a sensitivity? Simple answer is to avoid corn and corn porducts but just curious if anyone has experienced this.

It only seems fair that if it blasts through unpleasantly, it should not also make me fatter!!!
