28 -30km over 30kms is a good speed from what l can tell.
lm hoping to be able to do that.

lve only just purchased my own odometer for road bike and am just now getting an idea what speeds lve been travelling!!
Now l can keep a constant speed when lm at the front!!!

Will you have to keep something for the sprint home?
