No I don't use a rotary phone (but I have some that work just fine)

I'm seeing a difference after doing Spinervals for less than a month. They're well worth the investment, IMHO.

I decided to order the Competition 7.0 hill workout (to be a better hill slug
) and the virtual fall tour. I'm hoping my rides this season will be much improved.
