Today I am grateful that we got our ride in before the drizzle started!
And that I was able to get out and ride at all. I feel healthy, even with all my chronic aches and pains.
I am grateful that no matter what, life is good.

Today I'm grateful that I got to have lunch with two good friends, one of whom I haven't seen since before Christmas.
And that I have a good job so I can go to Whole Foods and buy lots of expensive groceries and special tasty dog food to entice my sick boy to eat.

I am thankful today for feeling good again. For my husband, who always supports me. For being in the position to be able to quit my job to go back to school next September. For being able to ride outside TWO times in February, here in freezing New England.

I am thankful that it was a flat-out gorgeous day here in the Pacific Northwest and we went out for a 30 mile tandem ride, and saw gazillions of families with little kids.
I am thankful that my neighbor showed me the very large, really beautiful witch hazel plant she bought at the local nursery for 30% off (Ruby Glow, at Skye, for anyone who needs to know), because I am going to go buy one tomorrow."My predominant feeling is one of gratitude.
