I ran a whoppin 12 minutes with 1 minute run-one minute walk. This is my part of coming back from that evil muscle injury I have been carrying around with me since October.

Admittedly, I did start out slowly warming up, which I would have probably already done before starting out on a 5K, so I might be slightly faster at an actual event, but throw in the hills and I might be even slower!
