i rode to work in the dark. it was dry and not too cold. i hit something, debris on the road AND COULDN'T SEE WHAT IT WAS. (So much for all my fancy lights) but i didn't fall.
hopefully the home commute will be dry too.

The falling snow was pretty. Not too much accumulation yet, so the roads were fine. Also, it is not nearly as cold as it has been. Only a bit below freezing, not way below freezing.
Who am I kidding, I can't wait for warmer weather!!
Sounds good, CC@!
I"m hoping I didn't err in judgement in taking the unstudded bike today. Yesterday I could have 'cause our two inches didn't materialize; today the sky is doing heavy breathing and I can see its breath and it looks like little teeny tiny crystals falling from the sky, and the radar looks like there is stuff there.
Meep meep! Just got off the trainer as well. 1h. pant.

Planning a hike with DD after school today.Since I can't ride, I am really trying to make my fitness plans include her as well. She needs to get outside more. PE in school is pathetic.

Short ride for me yesterday, 21 miles in 1:13. I have a double century on Saturday so I'm doing shorter, easier rides the rest of the week.
50 minutes on the trainer with Mr. Street. Super spins, spin ups, one leg drills.
Woke up today and my weight was up 2 pounds...
