Ah... I thought you must do some racing cause you said you had dropped out of two... did you mean mountain bike events?

I have only been in fun rides as far as organised events go. Its a lot of fun, and the most recent one was a real rush cause I was aiming to do a resonable time.
I'm currently aiming for a place in the 50km event near the end of the year but that may be ambitious. There are also some local time trials I want to do well in around the same time. I love going fast on the road - its best when I am hitting near the speed limit in town - car drivers look surprised!
