Thank you for all the good information. Is the recipes in a cookbook or is this something that you download and make copies? The recipes sound delicious.

The recipes are on a disk in a pdf file. It'd be easy to just print the whole thing off.

Now I have it, I need more money to purchase the Hammer Nutrition Supp. he encourages. I want to start of with the 7 day fat loss phase. I am however utilizing the core work out immediately. It is not easy, a real challenge. This is good. I have also been following his food suggestions along with Tosca Reno's "Eat Clean Diet". Work well together for more recipes. Food for Life looks appetizing too.
