It wasn't as warm today as yesterday but it was still above average. Upper 60's and light wind when we started. DH and I did the "Castle Ride" which has a lot of climbing and the reward of some fast downhills. This ride is a beast though! The worst part is a 500 foot sustained climb that is steep!
We have a couple hilly centuries planned this year and I have to work on climbing. I felt whopped when I got to the car! 51.72 miles, 14.3 mph.Amanda

It's really good to hear.
Coolio didn't quite describe today's little commute to church and back, 'cause it was 6 degrees (F)(colder in town than out at the airport!) with 30 mph winds.
Keep the ouchies down and the progress a-movin' ...
