Born and raised in Central Texas. I don't plan on ever leaving so you can imagine what I think of cold.If it isn't at least 45 I won't go ride. If it below 55 I am generally not happy unless there is no wind. I am a cold weather weenie.
I wear knickers and long sleeve jerseys until it hits 70.
In the summer you will find me out and about in 90+ degree weather. Sleeveless jersey, SPF 50, a route to stop every 30 miles and I am ready for 60 miles or more!

I can handle cool and misty - otherwise I'd rarely ride here on the Wet Coast - but I'd much much much rather sunny and cold. Or sunny and hot. Any sort of sunny is great...
